Leasing

Advertising, marketing property for rent,  tenant screening,  contract preparation,  rent collection and lease renewing 

Maintenance

Administrative agents for the property will contact our preferred vendors for the repairs, preventative maintenance, also property managers will inspect/monitor the property no matter it's vacant or occupied etc

Accounting

Accounting statements will be provided monthly and yearly on each property, payments will be directly deposited to the landlords within 48 hours of receipt of confirmed rent
