Depending on the situation, we can start to manage your property Immediately. Certain factors include the property’s condition, if it is rent ready, and that you are free and clear of any previous management contracts.
Rent is collected via our online portal, making the process seamless and easy for tenants to make payments and review their invoices.
Yes, owner distributions are done electronically every month.
Our eviction rate is extremely low. We have many methods of removing a tenant prior to having to resort to eviction. In the unlikely event an eviction is required, we will help you through the entire eviction process. We will refer you to an eviction attorney that will initiate and manage the eviction, and make any court appearances on your behalf, if needed.
We verify all income, debts, and assets, as well as employment and employment stability. Additionally, we run credit checks, a criminal records search, and contact past landlords. Occasionally further assessment is required and performed by us, however these are the most common methods used.
You should always have a comprehensive insurance policy on your home, and if you have a loan on your home, this is already required by your lender. As is standard in the industry, we require you to obtain and maintain insurance on the property, and to add us as “additional insured” on the property.
You will have real time access to reports in our owner portal and they can be retrieved at any point in time. If requested, we can mail you monthly statements.

Yes, we are available for any emergency calls after hours. For non-emergency issues, our normal operating hours are M-F 9AM-5PM, excluding holidays.
