ANSWERS TO YOUR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You will be required to pay your security deposit and the first full months rent upfront. We do not require last month’s rent.

You will need to be at least 18 years old to apply.

Yes, all deposits are refundable, assuming there is no damage to the property.

We typically do not accept cosigners. Depending on the location of the property and your approval status, you may be able to qualify with a higher up front security deposit.

Rent is paid online through our tenant portal via an electronic funds transfer from your bank. Rent is always due on the first of the month. We offer a three-day grace period, and rent is considered late on the fourth. A late fee will be charged if rent is received after the grace period.

If you are already a resident in a property that allows pets you would need to contact our office to request permission. If approved, we will request additional information about the pet, send you a lease addendum, and you will be required to pay an additional pet fee. If the property does not allow for pets the request will be denied unless the pet is a service animal.

Each situation is different, but generally you are required to fulfill your pre-agreed upon lease terms. Please contact us to get information on if this would be possible or not.

We will reach out in advance regarding lease renewal terms, should you choose to vacate the property, we require a 60 day notice to vacate. Please log into your tenant portal, send us a message, and we will reply with move out instructions.

Repairs and maintenance to a property are usually the owners responsibility. However, there are exceptions to this in situations where a tenant misuses or damages the property.
